Program areas at The Equity Alliance

In 2022, The Equity Alliance achieved over 141,000 voter contacts throughout The year, ranging from over 64k phone calls, 44k text messages, over 37k mail contacts, and 10k door-to-door canvass contacts. In 2022 we crushed our license plate pre-order goal, selling more than 1950 pre- orders. From party buses to The polls to giving over 100 everyday tennesseans The opportunity to visit The state capitol, many for The first time. We recognize that democracy only works when everyone has an equitable chance to participate. In 2022, we expanded our staff statewide and grew our libertea collective program graduating four cohorts totaling over 35 liberators statewide. In 2022 The Equity Alliance registered over 7k voters, with over one thousand being new and first-time voters. At our over 30 voter engagement events statewide, we secured over 550 commitments to vote in The 2022 general and primary elections. We connected with more than 150 small businesses through our events and programs, such as The nashville small business relief fund. Through our faith-based i'm a faithful voter program, we gained over 24 church partners and trained ten civic disciples to register voters in hopes of furthering our movement. Served over 141,764 people.
