Graduate medical education under an affiliation agreement with hca Healthone, llc, the Foundation has responsibility for certain accredited graduate medical education programs operating within the llc hospital. Among other items, the agreement provides for llc support for the Foundation's medical education programs through use of certain hospital facilities, assistance of employees and medical staff, and a provision for annual funding. Responsibility for the operation of the gme programs was transferred to hca Healthone, llc on 02/01/18.
