The Cleveland Foundry aims to create a positive space for youth fitness and empowerment through the nautical sports of rowing and sailing. The spring and fall rowing seasons provide high school aged youth with full time coaching and participation in 3-4 regattas, practicing five evenings a week for three months each season. Additionally, they maintain and operate a training facility not just for The Foundry rowing team but also for other teams in residence. Finally, they offer a summer program called "Learn to Row.".
