Leadership Manitowoc County provides excellent opportunities for leaders and our future leaders to strengthen their community leadership skills, increase their understanding of our community needs and offerings, and to empower and encourage them to assume leadership roles within The communities. Leadership Manitowoc County class is comprised of leaders throughout Manitowoc County from various businesses such as healthcare, finance, service organizations, schools, and local businesses.participants attend one session a month covering a different theme each month. These sessions usually include teambuilding, history and heritage, diversity, education, government, environment and health, human services, public safety and agriculture. The class also divides into teams and will volunteer for various community-focused projects. This includes volunteering with community and service organizations, and helping with different charitable events.
The Chamber of Manitowoc County in partnership with university of wisconsin-green bay, Manitowoc campus, lakeland university and lakeshore technical college are pleased to offer advanced leadership: education, empower, elevate. This exciting new program has been developed for The mid to senior-level managers, nonprofit administrators, and entrepreneurs seeking advanced leadership and communication skills to move their careers and organizations forward. Each session wil be taught by instructors from The partner colleges.
Junior leadership Manitowoc County. Junior leadership Manitowoc County comprised of junior high school students from nearly all Manitowoc County high schools such as, Manitowoc lincoln, Manitowoc lutheran, Manitowoc roncalli, mishicot, two rivers, and valders. Participants attend one session a month covering a different theme each month. These sessions usually include teambuilding, history and heritage, diversity, education, government, environment and health, human services, public safety, and agriculture.the class also divides into teams and will volunteer for various community-focused projects. This includes volunteering with community and service organizations, and helping with different charitable events.
Various other workforce initiatves relating to scholarships, career education, and workplace wellness and safety.
