Women of color conference: capaw co-hosted The conference with oca Asian Pacific American advocates. The theme was, "Women rise: seize The opportunity - dare, dream and hope." We want to create opportunities to learn, connect and act to create a hopeful future. During The conference, participants had The opportunity to get connected, learn from each other, and share what they know to help others.
Asian paficic American Women's leadership institute: The purpose is to promote The leadership of Asian American, native Hawaiian, and Pacific islander (aanhpi) Women in The public and private sectors by fostering The development of whole-person leaders. Share in The journey of being with other aanhpi woman leders to rediscover what's important to you and how you can enhance yourself in The role within your family, workplace, and community.
Unleash The shero in you! This program was created for Women of color who have been working professionally for five years or less. Our goals are to: increase level of self-confidence and make conscious choices about her personal and professional life; make a positive social impact around racism as a collective cohort; influence other Women of color for a better chance at success - as defined by The individual; and learn about relationship mastery and how that is important to The career fulcrum.
