People and workforce includes talent, diversity, inclusion, leadership Capital Region, the young professionals network, the nonprofit business awards luncheon, and proceeds from the golf tournament that benefit the Foundation.
Military engagement programs in support of the Region's military bases and veterans.
Business growth includes the entrepreneur boot camp which provides intensive training that guides would-be entrepreneurs, existing businesses and veterans through the step-by-step process of starting, operating and managing a business, and the bipoc business growth initiative, that provides assistance and growth acceleration support to small and mid-sized bipoc businesses in the Capital Region.
Member services - serve the diverse interests of member businesses by providing relevant programs, services and benefits.
