The Boston Home provides a unique continuum of care for adults with advanced multiple sclerosis and other neurological disorders. We do this in four primary areas: (1) our on-site residential skilled nursing facility, by far The largest of our programs, supports The independence of 96 disabled adults in a long-term care setting by providing outstanding clinical care as well as utilizing The latest advances in assistive technology, wheelchair modifications, rehabilitation services, wheelchair seating clinic, and by offering a wide range of life enhancing programs and events.
