Program areas at The Base

The base is a sports and education program to utilize the power and passion of baseball to transform the lives of urban youth by providing opportunity, education, training and encouragement for youth to reach their fullest potential both on and off the field. The base will annually serve over 850 boys and girls, primarily urban youth, ages 8-19, and provide a holistic approach of coaching, athletics, academic and life success services to enable student athletes success on and off the field in a vibrant, dynamic, nurturing and safe environment at a campus located in the heart of boston.
