Program areas at The Association of Former Students of Texas A&M University

Funds granted to/or expended for The benefit of Texas A&m University, including departmental funding, support of awards programs, student programs, scholarships and other programs that perpetuate The aggie spirit and support The primary purpose of The Association.
The Association's class programs work directly with representatives of each graduating class of Texas A&m to ensure regular communications with every Former student. In addition, class programs host class reunions, receptions, and other special events to foster strong ties among Former Students and Texas A&m and generate support for The University.
Constructed in 1987, The clayton w. williams, jr. Alumni center was built by The generous gifts of thousands of Former Students and friends of Texas A&m to house The Association staff and provide a home on campus for Former Students. In 2009, significant enhancements were completed on The facility, again thanks to The generosity of Former Students and friends of Texas a&m. These enhancements were funded completely through direct contributions to The building program. Our facility symbolizes The strength and traditions that are important to all aggies, and tells The story of Texas A&m and Texas aggies through historical and interactive displays and modern technology.
