The ALS Association of Texas is dedicated to providing quality local care, investing in research, and advocating for people with ALS and their families. In 2022, the Organization assisted 1,510 people with ALS, including over 4,530 patient interactions, loaned over $2.97 million worth of equipment to patients, and conducted 182 virtual workshops, presentations and support groups for patients and families. The chapter partnered with and funded 13 ALS clinics in Texas, which oversaw 68 clinical trials. The ALS Association of Texas continues to grow, expanding access to crucial care and working to create a world without ALS.
