To establish a universal system to pair willing living kidney donors with those needing kidney transplants, thus increasing The number of living donor kidney transplants, and to provide assistance to donors for their travel and transportation expenses and/or arrangements.
Through a universal system accessible to hospitals, pair willing living kidney donors with those needing kidney transplants and facilitate The match using a standard access charge agreed to through a third party pay system. Approximately 44 successful kidney donations were accomplished using this system.
