Senior citizen housing the senior citizen, independent-living housing program is operated through the Terrific inn 1 project. The inn provides housing for 14 low income adults. The united states department of housinghud financed the purchase of the building and provides tenant rent subsidies. Tenants pay income-based contribution for their rent.
Hiv non medical case management and hiv housing counseling program Terrific, Inc. Provides hiv non medical case services and hiv housing counseling programs to district residents living with hiv/aids. Services ensure quality care and healthy living for persons living with hiv and decreases hiv transmission and infection. Funding is provided through the district of department of helath-hiv/aids, hepatitus, std, tuberculosis administrationhahsta.
With funding from the department of aging and community living, Terrific, incs regional senior services agency ressa serves district residents 60 years old and older in district wards 1,2 and 4. This centralzied rssa services include 19 community dinning sites daily meals to homebound senorsnutrition services caregiver-respite caresocial/recreational /cultural activites health promotions oasis homeless senior center the asian pacific islander senior center.
