Tender Rock Counseling (TRC) works diligently to provide effective counseling services to individuals and families. During 2017, TRC provided couseling services to 277 clients. Our specialty-oriented, multidisciplinary, team-based and outcome-based practice emphasizes a holistic view (body, mind and spirit), and a comprehensive approach, so that we cover the family, interpersonal, developmental, intrapsychic, and multicultural aspects of treatment. Clients who qualified for our Assisted Fee Clinic, based on income, paid discounted fees which were approximately half of the full fee rate. Discounts in 2017 totaled $2,660. The clinic provides training to externs, who aresupervised by state approved supervisors, thus allowing for low-fee counseling and acupuncture services as our contribution to the community.
