Prevention services - assists tenants in asserting their rental rights and responsibilities through education, counseling, referrals, or legal-social advocacy. These services include education, seminars, and outreach for tenants, landlords, and service providers to facilitate positive rental relations. Additionally, these services include financial assistance for tenants facing the potential of eviction, seeking new housing, or other such assistance that improves housing stability.mediation services - provides alternative methods of dispute resolution to the court process such as mediation at dane county eviction court or upstream mediation before a case is filed. This program seeks to provide an impartial mediator who can help tenants and landlords reach an agreement to improve rental relationships and improve housing stability.
Housing services - provides ongoing assistance to tenants in maintaining and obtaining their housing through housing case management, financial assistance, and medical-social partnerships. These services target those who are currently experiencing homelessness, individuals who were recently experiencing homelessness, or individuals who are currently housed and are looking to stabilize their housing.
