When area shelters were at capacity Tapestry Women's Ministry provided emergency housing in hotels for 46 women and 52 children affected by domestic violence.
In addition to providing emergency housing for women and families affected by domestic violence Tapestry Women's Ministries assist clients with permanent transitional housing support. Tapestry provides financial support for rent application fees rental deposits utility deposits first month's rent and basic household furnishings.
Tapestry Women's Ministries provided over 3000 hours of direct case management services to women affected by domestic violence. Case Managers work with several organizations in the community for housing based on need and different criteria to determine which program is best for that client. Salary total includes taxes illness benefit and payroll processing fees.
