Program areas at CAS
Food Services - to serve our students and community with meals and snack through our dining facilities, on and off campus. Meal plans provided for residential and commuter students, facutly and staff.
Other Services & activities:campus support, coby's, and cas properties- profits support campus projects and scholarships. Coby's downtown resaurant serves the campus and culinary students. Cas owned property serves our campus farm needs and storage.
Vending and book store operations - to serve our students needs in snack, Cobleskill gear and textbooks for campus classes.
