Operate the Recovery Community center to enable people suffering from substance use disorder to access multiple peer support services and Community resources. There were 3,800 peer interactions in 2023.
Community outreach program: a program to provide outreach to rural areas of buncombe county and other surrounding rural counties in western north carolina. Participants are given access to peer services and social determinants of health resources. There were 1,031 total interactions in 2023.
Operate blair h. clark respite house, a four bed respite program to provide support and resouce navigation for people experiencing emotional distress with the goal of being a diversion for hospitalization due to mental health struggles, with 202 guest stays in 2023.
