Program areas at Sunflowers Academy
The pre-k thru 8th academic program has a successful enrollment of 400+ low-income students with the main goal to develop confidence, motivation and self discipline.
The children's trust program provides services to 230 students. It consists of out-of-school and summer camp activities to provide youth development services to children in the little havana neighborhood of miami.
The headstart program has a successfull enrollment of 64 students. The program aids to improve the lives of low-income children by providing quality comprehensive child developement services that are family focused,including education, health, nutrition and mental health.
The national school lunch program provides nutritionally balanced meals for students each school day.
