Program areas at Sun Health Colonnade

Sun Health Colonnade operates a 218-residence independent living community and a 50-unit assisted living and memory support building. Design of a master plan to develop additional homes and Health care services continues on the 34-acre campus under a master development plan. Under this master plan, Colonnade plans to increase the capacity of the assisted living/memory support building once demand for services exceeds current capacity. See schedule o for more information.
Sun Health at home, a licensed division of Colonnade, provides selected life care services to members in their private homes.
