To advance education and science concerning sun-grown, organic, regenerative farming practices and to lessen the burden on state and local government and combat community deterioration by preserving and protecting the natural environment for the benefit of the public through development of standards for the cultivation of agriculture that will promote environmental sustainability and protection while testing agricutural products for compliance with such standards and certifying such compliance.
