General programs - infrastructure expenditures encompass costs associated with establishing operational systems and processes to support services once the facility becomes operational. These include administrative setup, technology implementation, procurement of software, medical record system, and equipment, staff hiring, and other essential components vital for the effective delivery of hyperbaric and Wellness services as defined in our approved application for tax-exempt status.

Research - funds allocated for the development of research projects aimed at advancing the understanding and efficacy of hyperbaric therapy and other interventions for target populations. This includes collaboration with institutional review boards (irbs), consultants, and the food and drug administration (fda) to secure study approval, ensuring adherence to rigorous research standards.

Hyperbaric - over the past year, the hyperbaric therapy services prioritized activities such as fostering partnerships with manufacturers, facilitating communication among stakeholders involved in construction, initiation staff training programs, and formulating policies and procedures. The primary focus was on developing the requisite infrastructure and staffing to fulfill building and regulatory standards, thus ensuring preparedness for operational deployment
