Mental Health - we are a school-based Health Center and provide mental Health counseling to The students in The schools we serve. We provide trauma-informed care, with The main goal of helping students learn how to handle their anxiety, depression, family issues, etc. In order to be able to stay in school. Kids who graduate from high school have a much better chance at building a happy and successful life. In The 2021/22 school year, there were 880 mental Health appointments.
Medical care - as a school-based Health Center we provide medical services needed to keep kids in school. Our doctors, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses handle everything from respiratory issues, cuts, and scrapes, & infections to birth control, we help The kids with The basic medical care needed during The day. In addition, we provide sports physicals and organize vaccine clinics with The walla walla county Health dept to help parents keep kids up to date on their shots. In The 2021/22 school year, there were 760 medical appointments.
