Description
STONEROSE Interpretive Center connects the public, scientific, and local communities through our fossil resource and educational programs. Our mission is to provide an opportunity for the public to collect fossils from our site and learn from our museum exhibits. In 2022, we welcomed 6,000 visitors to our center and reached 500 K-12 school children through on-site visits and our outreach program. Additionally, three scientists conducted research studies on our fossil collection resulting in multiple published papers.
