Forging Youth Resilience (fyr) is a member-based nonprofit organization that partners with gyms nationwide to bring fitness, nutrition, and mentorship to Youth who otherwise would not have access to these services. Fyr uses fitness to teach imperative life skills like perseverance, grit, determination, Resilience, and confidence through teamwork, leadership, and goal setting to prepare Youth athletes to face the challenges life throws their way with grace, maturity, and strength. Fyr also operates a week-long summer leadership camp.
