Renovation and rebuilding of a facility to be used for residential care and treatment of drug addiction. The facility is made up of two residential buildings, a main house, a pump house, and a barn. We have to rebuild the infrastructure as the entire facility was quite delapidated. Development, establishment and operation of a residential drug treatment facility for pregnant and single mothers.
