During 2022, we purchased the building at 637 n main st. cottonwood az with a loan from the usda and started doing everything needed To become property owners. We closed the store down and went To strictly online sales and relocated our warehouse, store, and offices all over To our new building. We opened up konnect wellness center (an outpatient treatment center) and started providing therapy for individuals with substance use disorders in june 2022. We also revamped our curriculum and requirements for clients in our housing. We secured another low interest loan for tenant improvements on 6,000 sq ft of the building upstairs that was never built out. We started construction in october. We continued To put our strategic plan into action. We continued To write grant proposals. We also worked with our donors To provide more funding To help with our plan. We started working on ways To maximize the success rate of our clients while being able To bill for the services we already provide To become more self-sustaining as an organization. We also started planning for relaunching of our job developments programs and our resale store.
