The Southwest Louisiana Aids Council inc. Provides a broad range of services that covers a six parish area to assist people living with hiv/aids to manage their illness. Services include case management, assessment, referral and follow-up for substance abuse and mental health issues, connecting individual and families to housing programs and assistance in locating housing, coordinating transportation to essential appointments, case findings and enrollement in health insurance, rent and utility assistance and emergency financial support, food shelves and social/recreational programs.
