Establish and maintain a substance abuse program by the substance abuse and mental Health services administration, Oklahoma department of mental Health and substance abuse services and the national institute on drug abuse for the benefit of Tribal communities in Oklahoma. The program finds rehab resources, provides education regarding drug dangers and the importance of fitness for recovering addicts.
Establish and maintain an epidemiology program by the department of Health and human services for the benefit of american indians in the Oklahoma city area.
To faciliate culturally responsive prevention activities in underserved Tribal communities in Oklahoma using the strategic prevention framework.
