The organization adopts close to 100 miles of trails within the Pisgah ranger district and works closely with the land managers, the united states forest service. In 2022, Pisgah Area sorba accomplished a major milestone by hiring their first full time staff member. Our volunteers also put in over 2,500 hours of work on our local trails to improve environmentally degraded sections, improve resilience to weather conditions, and increase trail longevity for all users. Pisgah Area sorba also hosted their four annual events, including take a kid mountain biking day, providing space for the cycling community to gather and connect.
