The South Carolina Institute of Medicine and Public Health (imph) is a nonpartisan, non-profit organization working to collectively inform policy to improve Health and Health care in South Carolina. In conducting its work, imph takes a comprehensive approach to advancing Health issues through data anaysis and translation, and collaborative engagement. Our core services are research, education, and convening. We develop policy papers, facilitate taskforces, perform primary and secondary research, analyze and translate data, conduct Health impact assessments, and educate and engage legislators and other policymakers.
