Legislative. Seia provided thought leadership. On nem 1.0 defense and long-term valuation of ders assembled a nationwide group of dg advocates to lead updated seia nem principles that have national support. Additionally brought together member companies and advocates to scope out purpa defense work in congress. Seia's purpa working group filed comments at ferc on purpa implementation. Seia is also developing principles for expanding low income Solar access including webinars. On this. Subject. Seia also sponsored three conferences of the national Association of regulatory commissioners to further its relationship with state regulators and Energy professionals. In the months leading up to the november 2016 election seia met with both campaigns to convey the value of Solar Energy in today's economy. Following the election seia conducted qutreach with the transition team to reiterate the seia message

PASO ELECTRIC RATE CASE DEFEATING THE UTILITY'S PROPOSAL TO PUT SOLAR CUSTOMERS INTO A SEPARATE RATE CLASS AND IMPOSE RESIDENTIAL DEMAND, CHARGES. IN FLORIDA, SEIA WORKED WITH A VARIETY OF LOCAL AND REGIONAL PARTNERS TO.DEFEAT THE ANTI-SOLAR AMENDMENT 4 IN COLORADO, SEIA HELPED ENGINEER A SETTLEMENT THAT REJECTED A PROPOSED INCREASED MONTHLY FIXED CHARGE, DOUBLED THE MARKET FOR RESIDENTIAL C&I SOLAR. AND ENSURED. THAT MEMBER COMPANIES CAN COMPETE IN XCEL'S NEW COMMUNITY SOLAR PROGRAM. IN MASSACHUSE SEIA SUCCESFULLY IMPLEMENTED.
