Early Intervention Services (EIS)-Identifyong HIV positive individuals or those who exhibit high-risk behaviors & provide access to services i.e., HIV Testing, Targeted Counseling, Referrals, Linkage to Care,and Health Education and Literacy Training, Medical Case Management, and Non-Medical Case Management that enables them to navigate the HIV system of care.

Initiative Ending the HIV Epidemic: Changing the Narrative - SLK has more effectively been in the community advancing the efforts to End the HIV Epidemic locally in identified communities that are disproportionately impacted by HIV by employing innovative outreach projects that provide the potential to reach populations that need greater health support through engagement, education, and empowerment.

Psychosocial Support Services (PSS) - Providing individual and/or group support and counseling services to address continuing behavioral and physical health concerns focused on improving the quality of life for participants. PSS has been delivered by staff, volunteers, and.or peers to help clients access health and benefits information, develop coping skills, reduce feelings of social isolation, and increase self- determination and self-advocacy.
