Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers

Sixteenth Street Community Health Centers provide primary medical care for all ages, with mostly bilingual board certified provider teams including internists, family practice, pediatrics, and women's Health. Many of the provider staff are bilingual in spanish and english. In calendar year 2023, 42,190 patients received care at 189,014 appointments. Also, we are committed to being the leader in behavioral Health in our Community providing a full range of outpatient mental Health services and substance abuse with licensed psychiatrist, psychologists, family therapists and counselors. These providers help adults with stress, grief, anxiety and panic, and children and adolescents with hyperactivity and conduct or mood disorders. In 2023 calendar year, 7,733 patients were seen at 44,885 individual appointments.
