They also provide virtual and face-to-face Self-care Saturdays sessions to engage people in wellness activities to reduce feelings of stress, manage mental illness, and promote social connectedness. Program areas at Silence the Shame

Community conversatios: panel discussions with mental health professionals, equity experts, celebrities, influencers, and individuals with lived experience to Silence their Shame, eliminate stigma and promote acceptance in their communities. Conversations are entered around mental health, trauma, suicide, and social determinants of health to more than 1,600 attendees.
Self-care saturdays: virtual and face-to-face sessions to engage people in wellness activities to reduce feelings of stress, manage mental illness and promote social connectedness. Each event offers an opportunity to learn how to practice strategies at home and access behavioral health resources to more than 8,000 pacticipants.
Sts podcasts: sts founder shanti das and co-host free the vision airs bimonthly podcast episodes on mental illness, trauma, suicide, and well- being. the podcast engages community members, mental health professionals, and influencers to normalize conversations on mental health connecting more than 10,000 listeners nationwide.
