Our Community Voice and Communities Saving Our Babies programs are innovative, grassroots programs that use community volunteers in targeted zip codes to reduce black infant mortality rates through health education. OUr CDBG program provides comprehensive case management services to individuals and their families who have the sickle cell disease or the sickle cell trait.
