Program areas at SC4K

Shoes and Clothes for Kids (SC4K) serves more than 25,000 students each year by providing new Shoes, school-appropriate Clothes, and school supplies. Distribution of these items happens through the SC4K free store, set up like a retail store where teachers, partners, and primary caregivers shop in-person or online for free. Items are distributed through three programs: the legacy program, consisting of 21 distribution partners - community based non-profit organizations - who receive items to provide to the families benefitting from their wrap-around services; the teacher resource center program that allows eligible teachers to shop in the store or place orders for supplies and classroom resources for their students; and the classrroom guarantee program working in schools to provide the items to students on-site through pop-up shop type distributions.
