Serving Older Adults Through Changing Times

Our intent is to play an active role in Elder lives to decrease isolation. This allows the organization an opportuity to monitor their level of care, health needs, nutrition, and safety. Our programmatic services are focused on housing, substance abuse, information technology skills and nutrition. We develop comprehensive processes, introduce the Elder community to emerging technology to reduce fraud and ensure better lines of communication, including interactions with medical professionals via telehealth and e-visits.
