Servicesource Foundation

See schedule o.the Servicesource Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that was established in 2004 to raise donor support to provide gap funding for critical programs of Servicesource, Inc., and its affiliated organizations (Servicesource). All Servicesource organizations share a common mission to facilitate services, resources and partnerships to support people with disabilities and others we serve, along with their families, their caregivers and community members, in order to build more inclusive communities. The Servicesource Foundation is a separate 501(c)(3) organization governed by a volunteer board of trustees. Ninety-nine (99) cents of every dollar donated to the Servicesource Foundation is used in direct support of the people and programs of Servicesource. The Servicesource Foundation often provides start-up funding for new initiatives and/or gap funding for unfunded and under-funded programs. Programs fundedthe Servicesource Foundation provides critical gap funding for under-funded or un-fundedprograms across all Servicesource regional offices. Donors may restrict their funding tosupport programs in their local community.the Servicesource Foundation also completed a successful five-year match campaign to create a $5 million community assistance endowment. The community assistance endowment provides individual assistance grants to support one-time needs of individuals with disabilities in our local community to remove barriers so that individuals can achieve personal or professional success and thrive.in fy 2022, nearly $700,000 in program allocations funded the following programs: -family support services (all regions) -long term community integration services (va) -autism services (va) -ellmore farmhouse (va) -warrior bridge (nc) -day programs (nc) -financeability (de) -customized employment (ut) -warrior bridge (fl) -opportunity calls call center (fl) -pre-employment youth services/high school high tech (fl) the Servicesource Foundation funds programs in all five Servicesource regions, including Virginia, north carolina, Delaware, Utah, and Florida. Donors may designate a geographic region or specific program when making donations to the Servicesource Foundation.
