Grace house is phase 5 of the organization's program. It is a three- apartment home where residents can practice their semi-independent living skills once they have finished the 4 phases of lydia's. The residents at grace house continue to have access to and meetings with their assigned case manager. Together they work on the continuation of the skills previously learned, and create a supportive and structured plan for continued success and future goals.
Lydia's house of hope is a 365-day, 12-bedroom residential program that serves women and their children. At lydia's, the organization's aim is to empower families to overcome barriers such as homelessness, addiction, domestic violence, and transform their lives into a healthy, safe, self- sustaining model. The program consists of 4 phases that the women move through as they gain confidence and an understanding of their potential. The women are provided with classes and training on topics such as parenting, trauma informed coping skills, addiction, cooking, resume writing, financial literacy, time management, organization and basic academics.
