Program areas at Second Nurture
ACCOMPLISHMENTS in Columbus: March 2022, Second Nurture launched its first Affiliate city in Columbus, OH. Programming was implemented within three partner communities. Hosted a large-scale, community-wide event in November, utilizing over 75 volunteers and serving 300+ foster youth in Central Ohio.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS in Los Angeles: Sustained 3 cohort communities and added 4 new communities, implementing our programming. Sustained 3 social service partners and added 3 more, Forever Friends plus 2 juvenile justice group homes. Hosted a retreat at Camp Stevens for families with foster youth.
