Sebring Angels advocates for the humane treatment of animals, with a mission to be human angels for them. They promote spay and neuter education and responsible ownership, while operating as a foster-based organization that saves dogs facing euthanasia at Highlands County Animal Services. This year, they saved 90 dogs, including 27 from euthanasia lists, assisted with 63 owner surrenders, had 77 successful adoptions and 14 carryovers into the new year. Sadly, they lost two dogs with one passing due to advanced illness.

Program areas at Sebring Angels

This year we saved 90 dogs. 27 of those were from the euthanasia list at animal services of Highlands County, FL. We assisted 63 owner surrenders. We had 77 successful adoptions, We had 14 Carryovers into the new year. We had 2 dogs pass away, 1 from advanced age and 1 from cancer. 3 was transferred to other breed specific rescues. 15 were returned from previous (covid) adoptions. We assisted 5 owners as charity cases.
