Program areas at Seattle Girls' Choir Guild
Music education - sgc successfully navigated the return from pandemic enforced virtual rehearsals to in person, masked, rehearsals and resumed music education program through rehearsals. Our program taught over 160 youths age 6-18 last season.
Concerts and performances - in fy22 sgc successfully resumed in person performances following all state and local helath/covid guidelines in addition to normal concert management.
Camps, festivals, and touring - managed two one-week sessions of unauditioned music day camp for girls 5-10 years old, and one week day camp for current choristers grades 3-4. Managed a week long local Choir camp for 65 girls 10-18 years old.
Other programs included the purchase and continued maintenance of uniforms for all Choir levels.
