Scpa works (south central Workforce Investment Board) is charged with the management of the federal, state, and local Workforce funding, including Workforce innovation opportunity act (wioa) title i services. Temporary assistance for needy families (tanf) both youth and adult. Displaced workers including rapid response. We served last year over 3450 individuals, with a 90% retention rate, and a 80% placement rate, meeting and exceeding pa state program goals. More than numbers scpa works prides itself on driving and managing the Workforce needs for our eight-county region. Our team searches for the most progressive human-centered programming and investing in what works for our community. We as a convener bring all parties to table ensuring program service accomplishments; that every voice heard and every program is reviewed for functionality and sustainability. As a compliance agent, our experts ensure that every dollar is appropriately used and produce supporting analytics to ensure that we measure our success. Our mission is to unlock the human talent that drives the development of businesses and individuals.
