Scpa works (south central Workforce Investment Board) is charged with the management of the federal, state, and local Workforce funding, including Workforce innovation opportunity act (wioa) title i services. Temporary assistance for needy families (tanf) both youth and adult. Displaced workers including rapid response. We served last year over 3450 individuals, with a 90% retention rate, and a 80% placement rate, meeting and exceeding pa state program goals.
