Saratoga Springs Youth Ballet

During its fourth year of operations, Saratoga Springs Youth Ballet offered high quality dance training to over 125 children from the Greater Saratoga Region. Three dancers were scholarship recipients. The corporation continuously works to increase outreach programs, having offered performances at the Saratoga Springs Public Library, Home of the Good Shepherd, The Hyde Collection, Greenwich Free Library, and eight public schools. Over 115 dancers performed in our third Nutcracker production at the University at Albany Performing Arts Center. Saratoga Springs Youth Ballet provided free tickets to the Nutcracker production to members of AIM Services, Center for Disabilities Services New York, St. Catherine's Center for Children, Abundant Life Youth Group, and White Hall Youth Center. In April, five dancers traveled to Daytona Beach, FL to attend the Regional Dance America National Festival. All Saratoga Springs Youth Ballet students performed at the June Spring Concert. Our students are never charged audition, performance, or costume fees. Over a period of six weeks, we offered three distinct summer programs with renowned dance educators.
