Emergency residence (er) - short-term residential program for children in the care and/or custody of dcf, providing stabilization, comprehensive clinical assessment and case management Services to support each childs reintegration with their family, school, and community.
Mental health clinic - outpatient mental health Services including diagnostic assessment; invidivual, family, and group counseling; psychiatric service, including psychopharmacology, also available within home and school-based settings when clinically appropriate.
Intensive treatment residence (itr) - both campus and community-based congregate care providing staff secure treatment for children and youth with serious emotional, developmental cognitive and behavioral disorders who do not require an educational placement in an on-site school
Community treatment residence (ctr) - community-based congregate care setting for adolescent males with a focus on the development of age-appropriate life skills.
Parent & youth support - community and home-based support Services designed to prevent the need for out-of-home placement and/or to provide focused aftercare support to children and their families following transition to home upon discharge from a treatment environment.
Cbhi - in-home and community-based treatment Services for clients under the age of 21 with serious emotional disorders as part of the children's behavioral health initiative, reducing the need for out-of-home placement. Services include in-home therapy delivered by a master's level clinician and members of Saint Vincent's support team, within the home or other natural setting through a contract with Massachusetts managed care entities. Therapeutic mentoring is also available for youth requiring one-to-one coaching, training, and support from a highly trained therapeutic mentor also through a contract with Massachusetts insurers and managed care entities.
Comprehensive support & stabilization - intensive community and home-based support Services for youth and families involved with Massachusetts state agencies, including respite care as needed, with the goal of maintaining family stability and permanence through diversion Services or after care following out-of-home placement.
Young parent living program - a collaboration between the dcf and the department of transitional assistance (dta), the young parent living program provides independent living Services to support teen and young adult parents who are facing pregnancy and parenting issues. Saint Vincent's maintains a 6 bed program for pregnant and parenting mothers between the ages of 13 through 21 years.
School adjustment counselor -providing counselor for diocesan schools
