Saint Paul's - clearwater's independent School is dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment where our students are encouraged to think creatively, to reflect critically, to design collaboratively, and to lead confidently. Calculated risk-taking is practiced and failure is viewed as learning resilience. This sentiment is encapsulated in our vision statement, "we commit to our students so they will act joyously upon their passions and courageously seize adventures and opportunities we cannot foresee." (continued on schedule o)our beautiful twelve-acre, waterfront campus was a second home to 423 students enrolled during the School year, ranging from 8 weeks to 8th grade. We are proud of our episcopal roots that have helped us develop a cohesive, inclusive sense of community that welcomes families from all religious, racial, economic, and geographical backgrounds. Over the last 55+ years, we have remained mission-driven through our commitment to recruiting teachers nationally and internationally, who are talented and passionate; and to developing progressive signature programs, projects, and experiences outside of the classroom. Most notably, we have introduced robotics, 3-d printing, acting, public speaking, kayaking, prototyping, marine biology, personal finance, international trips, archery, paddle boarding, sailing, and mandarin.this programming is supported through continual capital improvements that are strategic in design. We have invested significant funding to provide the latest technology, campus security, an mit-approved fabrication lab, a state-of-the-art white box theater, expanded infant and toddler programs and classrooms, and the take five cafe.saint Paul's program for dyslexic thinkers is the tampa bay area's first and only school-within-a-school to serve students with dyslexia and other language-based learning differences. This integrated, structured literacy approach focuses on specialized instruction to meet individual needs for students in grades 2-7. All program teachers are trained through the orton-gillingham academy.
