Program areas at Sage-ing International
Leadership Training Impact: During 2022, 9 Sage-ing Leaders (CSLs) were certified after a year-long, hands on Internship that included one-on-one mentoring by trained mentors, 15 hours of workshop facilitation in their local communities that was recorded for feedback and coaching by their assigned mentor. Group supervision was provided on a monthly basis as well as individualized coaching, when needed. Among those certified as CSLs, 6 were from the US; 2 from Canada; and 1 from Ireland. These 9 join the 300+ other CSLs in spreading sage-ing through local and online wisdom circles and facilitating courses and webinars on sage-ing and conscious aging topics. Because of the pandemic, their workshops were offered primarily via the ZOOM platform. Addiingtional training was provided for them to meet this challenging new way of facilitation.

Conscious Aging Webinars/Workshops/Plays: 30 with 1,617 participants. Heart of Aging Webinar, 18 participants Heart of Aging: 1 Online Workshop Series, 17 Participants
