SAFE San Juans assists and advocates for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault through a mission that provides direct assistance to individuals via a 24-hour crisis line, crisis intervention, one-on-one advocacy and counseling, support groups, information and referral, and community education and prevention programs. The agency delivers safe home sheltering, crisis counseling, general, legal and medical advocacy, and professional mental health therapy to 129 victims of domestic violence and sexual assault while also delivering 1,765 hours of direct client services during this time.
