Adult day health care Center (Adhc) provides Community based adult services for indigent disabled seniors. The program serves as an alternative to placement of seniors into assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities and potential hospitalization. During the year approximately 150 seniors were provided with daily food (breakfast and lunch), physical and occupational therapy, social services and daily activities.
