Rural Aids Action Network fosters knowledgeable and caring communities which ensure quality services for individuals affected by HIV and/or AIDS. It provides services to individuals living with or affected by HIV/AIDS. In 2022, the organization served 506 PLWHA, with 82 new to the organization. Case managers served 310 clients, of whom 45 were new to the agency. The staff consistently works towards their mission to support those affected by HIV/AIDS.

Program areas at Rural Aids Action Network

The organization provides services to "persons living with or affected by hiv/aids" (plwha). In 2023, the organization served 543 plwha. Case managers served 317 clients, with 33 new to the agency. Staff conducted 42 hiv and 23 hepatitis c tests and provided prevention counseling. With opioid overdose prevention grants expanding, our scope for outreach has continued to increase. Staff served over 8000 clients in our (duluth and other locations') exchange programs, 472 were new to the organization and 2100 exchanges occured. Duluth's exchange reported 11653 naloxone kits were distributed with 807 reported overdose reversals.
